Full Service History, and many new parts.
I have fitted the Front and Rear Sports Seats and Doorcards from a GTI model, and there are custom floormats, gearstick and handbrake gaiters. (Black with Purple Stitching)
The rear seat has an armrest with storage compartment, and i've kept the original 'Comfort' Spec front armrest, and its in good working order. Seats have airbags fitted.
The Car has Full electric windows, and electric sliding/tilting sunroof.
Air Con is fitted and working.
I've tried my best to rid this car of all the usual common issues, as well as get it to a good mechanical standard. Its been a nice reliable car in the time that we've had it.
New Parts:
Boot Lock/barrel - now works perfectly from key or fob
Driver side Door latch mech/control unit - central locking now works properly with no lock bouncing
Spare Key/Fob. This was purchased brand new from VW (AT GREAT EXPENSE!!!), but i never got around to getting the car coded to accept it. This would only take 5 mins at a garage, but will still physically unlock car (needs coding for it to work in ignition)
New Ignition Leads, Coil Pack and Spark Plugs.
New Driveshafts O/S and N/S (easier and cheaper than replacing old split boots)
Rear Bumpstops (old had perished)
Rear Discs and Pads
Front Wheel Bearings (both sides)
New Windscreen Wipers (front and rear)
I have also fitted some uprated bits:
Coilvers (JOM units) front and rear, currently about 50mm lower than standard, but plenty of thread to go either way
Powerflex Poly Bushes have been fitted to the front wishbones
There is a Pioneer CD player currently installed in the car, this will be included in the purchase.
The car has a few knocks and scrapes around the car, but these could either be easily and cheaply repaired, or left as they are.
This is a nice honest car, with almost a full VW service history, and lots of paperwork. I've tried to document all purchases and work that ive done to the car since owning it.
Current MOT lasts until October, and car is now SORN'd so you'll need to sort tax out when car is purchased. (due to new dvla system)
