******************PRICE DROP************************ Hi, posting on behalf of my brother. he is selling his FC RX7 turbo 2 which has full service history and documented 19k miles from new. sorry for the poor images i will update shortly when i get him to send me some better ones. car is based in burnham on sea jct22 m5 no mot, has been stood for a few years and does require some sill work. engine in perfect working order. message me for details of how to contact him directly. cheers. feel free to ask any questions.    finally my brother has come around to his senses and selling some of his projects which he has no time to complete himself.. this car with a little work will easily be worth top dollar when done as its a genuine documented low mileage example. |

That's a lot of money for a non mot car that will need considerable welding.

it certainly is, and if considerable welding is the 2 sills then its probably not something your likely to take on. after they are done it will be a roadworthy 19,000miles standard japanese classic. if you ask me i think these things sell too cheap...
thanks for taking time to comment, why not ring him and ask him why.
I'm sure he would highlight the mileage but expects to be knocked down.

The mileage is great. But it has sat for years. Unstarted I guess ? Which means the apex seals will almost defiantly be curse word. You might be lucky though. And with these cars. Sills turn into floors turn into a restoration. Not a plate and go.
I love the rotary. But there isn't s but market here for them as people are scared.
It's a real shame.

ive had a look under this one myself, its pretty honest with its rust. it is the length of the sill underside on both sides and no further. if i had space id be taking this one off him myself. yes it needs some manual work but a beauty after. pretty much all fc's will need sill work eventually just get it done right on this one.
engine is spot on i own a 12a fb rx7 myself and this one starts on the key without any problems, but yes i agree with you it is alot considering how most people are scared of these cars... but those that know should view it for themselves.
