Unfortunately due to loss of indoor storage and the fact I don't think i'll ever get round to putting it back on the road I am now advertising my Mini Cooper.
I have owned the car for the past 13 years and it was my first car, bought standard and restored in 2007. Painted in Jaguar Racing green with an Audi Ibis white roof.
10 Months later a clio bumped the front and i took it off the road, welded in a turbo box and fitted a Fibreglass front. I had it on the road again for a brief period but when the turbo engine gave up I lost interest and moved onto kit cars. (Turbo engine since been sold)
The car is mostly complete minus the engine.
Half leather Cooper Interior with walnut dash
Turbo Bulkhead box
Gaz Lowered Suspension
Hi-Lo's
New rear subframe in 2008 - still in very good condition
Reskinned doors in 2007 and replaces the bottoms for much thicker metal to prevent future rot.
New bootlid and rear panel in 2007.
Inner and outer sills also replaced in around 2007.
Comes on standard 12" cooper alloys
I did around 13000 miles in it after being restored then it was parked up in the dry, it will need some attention just under the scuttle where there has been a bit of rot and would probably benefit from some door posts otherwise its structurally sound. I'd also probably put a steel front back on it as the fibreglass ones never really fit right!
I genuinely don't want to sell the car however I'd much rather see it go back on the road than just sit in the corner for another 5 years.
600 ono - I've seen much worse ones go for more than this...
First photo is how it was when i had it on the road initially...
