Selling my daily hack as my mercedes will be on the road soon
Its a 94 silver and white LWB Pajero exceed. 2.8 TD auotmatic. It doesn't overheat as a lot of these do. It starts runs and drives fine.
There is a little knock which could be anti roll bushes. Not too bad but better to be honest. There is some lacquer peel on bonnet. 7 seater cloth interior. I have undersealed the chassis and arches. There is the common rust on both inner rear arches which is visible when you open the rear doors.
It has 155 on the clock and the mot expires september. There were quite a few advisories on the last but most have been rectified.
Its not mint but it's also not £2000

What advisories are still to be done?
What condition are the tyres in?
How long have you owned it - any problems, any service history/receipts
etc.....

2,3,4,10,11,12 were done by previous owner Front tyres are just about legal, rears are ok. I have given the chassis and arches a clean up and then they have been undersealed. I have not had it long tbh, couple of months. Bought to ferry the dogs around but the other half won't drive it. Its too big for her and my astra van didn't have enough seats so a mercedes estate has been purchased to replace this and should be on the road next week. There isn't really much paperwork at all. Just a couple of receipts totalling about 600 and some mot's. On a plus, it has only had 4 previous owners and the mot actually expires in November. There aren't really any problems as such, it's just an older truck and not in the best of condition hence why I have priced it at the bottom of the scale

Any info on the oil leaks and noisy engine? How bad are the leaks?

To be honest I haven't noticed any leaks since I've had it, it seems pretty dry underneath. I can get some images if need be. As for the noisy engine, it's as "noisy" as my previous one. I don't think that there is anything untoward for an old diesel engine but the mot tester obviously felt different

price drop to £650 for a fellow member. My mercedes is now on the road so this needs to go. No offers at this price, it has to be one of the cheapest around with some ticket and usable as it is

That was my thoughts exactly! It does seem to quieten if you give it some gas whereas my old one was just agricultural 100% of the time.
I've priced it for what it owes me, happy to get my money back without anything if it goes on here. Sold a few cars and people have been happy enough.
Really want to avoid ebay if possible

Replied
Just a polite notice that I won't take any offers on my asking price. I feel it is priced fair. Will be on the bay at some point over the weekend
