1968 Beetle.
MOT: No
Tax: Exempt
Location: Bolton
Price: £800 All offers considered including PX and swaps, I need my garage back.
I've had Ronnie my 68 beetle since March 2011 in October 2012 I took 'it off the road to do a full resto on it, sadly with a silly amount of ongoing projects and swapping cars it still hasn't happened and I'm contemplating passing it on to somebody who will get it back on the road. I'll put a list below of what state it's in now and parts included.
Obviously I wont get back what I've put into it but I want to make as much back as possible.
Here's how he started.

When I took it off the road I stripped it completely and separated the body from the chassis to have it blasted. The spine is in amazing condition bar needing a small repair to the front right corner (bit cut out)

The body isn't so great but is still repairable the worst parts being the heater channels, but there are small areas all over that require attention like some holes in inner wings, the area in front of where the engine sits, behind the rear seats needs attention has been repaired shoddily.

After it was blasted I covered it in Zinc and since then it's sat, surface rust is starting to show. This is from when I covered it in zinc.

Pretty much a blank canvas and at least you know what you're getting as there's no paint or bog, it's bare metal.
Parts I've accumulated / stripped and boxed.
New front end repair section that goes half way up to inner wings.
1500 single port engine (was a good runner but was planning a full rebuild and 1641 upgrade so it's in bits.
A pair of really good front doors in primer. Also have original doors / lock etc.
An adjustable front narrowed beam.
Two semi W decklids, one needs repair, other in primer.
One popes nose.
A set of 68 wings and a set of pre 67 wings all need some work.
Most of what I stripped off it originally is all boxed up but I sold the wheels, bumpers and interior as I was planning to change. I have no doubt there's a lot I will have forgotten about or missed off but hopefully you can work with what I've put up.
I have the V5 here and I think it's on around 70k miles.
