Evening all,
Citroen C15 Diesel Van
87K
MOT 17/03/16
£150
Basically, a great little van for someone that either knows Diesel engines or has a spare engine for one of these knocking about.
Bought by my computer illiterate friend to run about in, MOT'd in March, did 1000 miles then brought it to mine to 'tart' it up as it had previously been graffiti'd by a local garage to advertise their services.
He painted it (by hand) in RAF blue (still half a tin left) it does look good from 10 yards, but any closer, and it looks like it's been done by a simpleton (which he is at times)
Put a new mirror on, window winder etc etc you know, the little things to make you happy with a car, then, on the way to collect a roof rack for it, lost compression...
Seems it's between cylinders as it still starts, therein no oil in the water etc, just farty and NO power... will drive though, he limped it home!!!
Van is complete, 4 good tyres blah blah but sold as non runner or spares or repairs for technicality, but has loads of MOT obviously!
Think £150 seems a good price, though open to offers, as scrap value isn't much less than this, and it's be a shame to crush it!
Come look, have a cuppa, and save it, as it's super retro cool, just now in my way (and I'm allergic to Diesel)
Look forward to hearing from you all!
Christopher
It had just started to rain, and that's bird poo, not rust
In fact it's structurally amazing!
