The Mrs asked me to get her "a little run around" after my daughter inherited her Fiat 500 after passing her test. She was a little less than impressed when I came home with this. The original purchase price was over £45,000 in 1995! I've re-dyed the front grill since the pics below and put some leather dye in the cracks in the leather interior so cosmetically looks even better. Yes it's juicy but it was only £90. fully comp insurance through Footman James.
Last of the truly tasteful models that says" landed gentry" not "rap artist"?

I was interested in this last time. Is it the fact that its not a small runaround the only reason your selling it? Any HEVAC faults and air suspension still all ok?

Air suspension seems fine. HEVAC? Not sure what that is. It's a £1250. Range Rover, not everything works, it drives and looks lovely, if you want to return it to factory mint spec. expect to empty your bank account. My plan was to run it until an insurmountable problem presents and then scrap it to be honest.

I quite like this. What are the few bits that still need doing? What doesn't work?

I quite like this. What are the few bits that still need doing? What doesn't work? Quite a few little bits, most of which you could just live with; Headlining sagging a bit in the back Passenger door doesn't open with the central locking Not sure if all the 'gadgets' work as I've not tested them. Feel free to come over if you're interested.

Something dead classy and 'naughty' about these P38 Range Rovers. All it needs it a Jag XJ parked next to it!

I've been trying to justify buying this for some time now....not sure if I have a use for another P38 in my life but I am sorely tempted by the old girl

Took a deposit on this a couple of weeks ago but the guy has disappeared. If anyone else want's to give me £100. so they can tell their mates they've 'bought' a Range Rover I'm more than happy to oblige.
Failing that I'll be accepting offers based on the asking price.

If it was possible, I'd buy it and ship it as a parts vehicle at this price!
It's LOT of motor for the money.

Thanks! It's still available. The car has been well maintained over the years but there is no actual paperwork to back up the service history although you can see where new parts have been fitted such as the all important air suspension which is fairly new and all works as it should.
The car has many extras including the desirable Harmon Kardon sound system, and heated front windscreen.
I would describe the car as in very good condition, and you can see that it has been looked after by ourselves and previous owners.
Re-listed on eBay for the third time due to time-wasters, how often do you read that? Quite sad really that some people seem to live in a complete fantasy world.

I can't see one in the pic, so guessing not, but does it have a towbar (presumably demountable given lack of obvious one)?
(Edit to add - my E320 CDI estate has a towbar but only tows up to 1680Kg legally, which is a bit restrictive, plus I now have cars to do the "nipping about places" so the fuel economy on a Range Rover is not an issue. Once I've serviced the E320's gearbox I suspect I'd get enough for it to buy said Range Rover...)

Definitely a bonus when buying, but my main reason to replace the E320 would be for more towing capacity! Not exactly hard to add one, I'll see how much a kit is
