So I've always wanted a ford Cortina mk3 and soon I will have the money and time to restore one, but I'd like to do an engine swap. I've read that zetecs and duratecs are popular engines to put in cortinas but what year? Is there a cut off year where new zetec/duratec engines will no longer fit the Cortina, or can you fit modern zetecs (eg 2014)?
