I think its time for me to move on. I know the missus will be happy that I'm doing this. Renault 5 campus, converted by me. B18ft engine. 1.7 turbo, running I think between 180 and 200hp on the standard gearbox. Ive never measured 0-60 but I imagine its well under 6 seconds. Gt turbo front hubs, shocks and brakes. about 10 or 11 months MOT. Passed with no advisories.

Most up to date photo getting its MOT. Sticker has now gone. 
But ill get some better pictures at some point during the week.

 That's marvellous, what a weapon! Would love to even have a go in this, R5s seem to have largely disappeared, unlike the peugeots/citroens of the same age... excellent sleeper potential

Shortly after this I blasted down the road, frightening myself and onlookers, it really is quick.

Cheers. Have some videos. It was holding back a little bit on this video, sometimes it does it more often than not it doesnt and hits full boost. I don't know what this it, but i suspect the boost is a tad too high.   In the second video i had just started to hit boost then i saw a police car, but it still shows strong acceleration. |
