I have been using the " bilt hamber snow foam " on my bmw, and I'm wondering if bits i have noticed on the car recently are due to the foam..
Ive noticed some paint pealing maybe due to bad paint prep before my mate repainted the car, paint gone from my wipers where i repaited them black, and also my brake calipers are creaking, I'm wondering if its removed the grease from teh rubber sliders...
anyone else had anything like t his or am i being parinoid...?

Snow foam should not lift paint at all, i'd say the prepwork was cr@p personly, as to the brake noise you could be on the right track but i'd just wip the wheel off and check/regrease the sliders (rubber sliders ? they are metal surely??? ), if they are dry get some bellows to cover them/seal them if they don't have them normaly? i recently got a rubber boot set for my P100 caliper sliders as they didnt have them.

it was curse word prep, i know i did it, but i dint know any different at the time.. sliders are rubber, posts are chromed steel, my rally car has bronze bushing there, that works much better...
Ill get some boots maybe, i just know my brakes sometimes rumble now...
iknow before i used to wash teh car at tescos, and there is loads of scratching from their brush on mycar, but als there is still lots of overspray on it.. it lived in a body shop for 1 year while it was getting sorted out... mott etc...
thanks!

I can't see it being the snow foam, but it could be the pressure washer. If the lacquer is a bit flakey the power of a pressure washer can easily get underneath and start lifting it. No solution to flaking paint other than rubbing back and redoing as far as I know.
Metalflake do cheap cans of satin black paint with free p and p so I would just redo the wipers.
