	Hi all, I have an other thread with my 2 Brazilian 127 Fiats...but hé ..I got the chance to buy a icoon I have spotted the car about 2 years ago...went to it,and talked to the garage-owner....but due to the budget and the man tought he would restored the car himself any days...I did not bought the car..offcourse I took some pics . Last week I got a PM on my Fb-account...from that garage-man....hee Willem..your are in the 127's...do you still want the car...otherwise it's going to the scrapyard ...so I HAD TO BUY IT.... Collect the car after a few days...not running for the last 2 1/2 years, the 127 engine was quickly running..and brought it home !! There is lot to do with the car..but I'am not afraid.....first I have to sort out a lot of things, 1 Brazilian 127 has to go...and the other Brazil..wel it's got MOT and drives very good !! Keep you all posted..but...take my time Ciao

	Haven't seen one in ages! What a beautiful car! Glad you saved it! My aunt had one wich she wrapped around a street train in amsterdam. I can even remember the smell of the car sitting in the back. A true needle in a haystack. Great find , and interesting build. All the luck!

	Great save! My first car was a 127 GT - Would love another, but fear it'd cost more than the £450 I paid for it back in 1996!

	Nice! My first car was a 74 127 Special. Rarer than poor quality wobbly children's play pony muck now, we were sweeping the rust up back in 86. Still loved it though. ;-)

	Yep,most people remember,or owned a Fiat 127... The 127 came also with a hidden treasure.. I thought..well during sorting out the stuff,I'll take a break with a nice cappucchino....and whats happening..do I see the F from..guess what.. Lots op NEW spares..wow..

	I have a 127 GT in storage for nearly 20 years, I've been asked to bring it to a local show where there will be a special display of "barnfinds" lol My brother ran a red one about 15 years ago, had many "adventures" with it, letters from local residents association were regular as he started work at 3.30am and the exhaust was constantly falling off it... The Law used to love it too. Its one of those cars where the red line is a target to aim for rather than a limit

	Well, I did a second opinion Yes ,the rust was there...on the familiar places... First I had to start the engine..well,did a perfect job..nice revs and oilpressure The Man and his Machine The decission to restore the car hasn't bin made..but... Ciao

	Brave man there, those rear arches are toast doesn't look good for the rest of the car once you pull all the interior and plastic panels off, could you find a better body and do a swop?

	Today I did the third inspection... Took out the doors, and the rear-bonnet-door,the rear window fall out by itself Did a quick test...yes the 127 Brazilian door fit also... A nice piece of memory...for in the mancave at home Superleggera.. The story still to be continued.. Ciao

	Hi its a real shame the old girl had suffered so much with rust. I'm just finishing restoring one but I'm missing a couple of parts if you have them to sell? I'm looking for any interior material or a seat in the grey colour? and I'm missing the rear boot spoiler I'm happy to arrange collection ect. I'm really struggling to find these last few parts if you know of anyone else who might have anything I'd be really grateful thanks David

	Hello David, indeed the most parts are rare, hard to find. I don't have much spareparts, but my Sport is luckely complete....eeh oowww I'am also missing the rear boot spoiler. The interior parts are even the most rare parts I believe. I keep my eyes open for you ! Do you have a project-page or pictures somewhere?? I like to reed the restauration-story and see some pics ! As said by "dikkehemaworst" Martin Willems is a best try. Ciao note...well nothing done with the Sport..still busy with the "Grey 127 Brazil"

	Update...... well I did intend to sell the Sport..but NO......WAY....change of plans.. I will use the 1300 engine for my other project.. the Brazil. I am going to build an engine, with much HPowerrr..the Sport won't be restored..but will get an "racy"overhaul, can take some time ..! The Sport will turn in to another "beast" But first the Brazilian 127 is the main thing... Preperation: removing the 1300 engine
