This car has been owned by my mother since about 1999, when it was not needed by her anymore it went to my girlfriend, when she was not needed by me anymore it was then lent to my good friend Adam, who has cherished it ever since... now he doesn't need it anymore so it is someone else's chance to own this Mediterranean beauty!
The car has only covered 67,000 miles. It drives brilliantly, no knocks or rattles, the gears are smooth, the clutch light, the steering accurate and the brakes sharp.
The bodywork is largely straight, see pictures, but dull, it has no shine anymore and I am not one for polishing.
The interior is clean (and massive, it always surprises me how big these are inside), the drivers seat is holed in two places by burns, but not worn really. There's some kind of aftermarket face off CD player fitted.
All tyres good, two replaced within the last year.
It is supplied with both keys, it has central locking, front electric windows (fully operational and smooth), height adjustable drivers seat and adjustable steering wheel.
The clock works and I think it even shows the correct time...
In short this car is excellent bangernomics motoring, it is dead easy to work on, parts are cheap and plentiful, and it seldom wants any parts anyway, excellent as a daily car for the retro minded!
