	Hello all. I have been looking for a decent yard for a while to store and work on cars and have finally found somewhere. I think it's around 3000sqft (not measured it yet) and has electric and a 20ft container i will be putting a lean-to on the side of to use as a workshop. I will be using it to store, break, and build cars for banger & hot rod racing and general buying and selling. I work nights so am around most mornings, please don't let the banger racing put you off, I'm very tidy and I don't race classics! This would be ideal if you have a breaker/parts car and need somewhere to store it, or if you would be interested in partnering up and running a part time business then I'm all ears. I'm happy with renting you a couple of spaces if required. I have a recovery truck and trailer that I am happy for you to use (subject to insurance etc), I have plenty of tools and parts also. 	Almost on the road: b11 sunny breadvan, e36 tds, 325i skidcar, nearly there: ford f250 tathauler, suzuki alto, u11 bluey not for a while: ford pop, 32 rails, not in this lifetime: ruby, '29 hillman ''unfortanatly I'm quite old and scruffy and in need of some loving. my drive shaft needs a new boot....''

	Just for a parking space? Would have to be £50pm otherwise it's not really worth it.

	I don't need any storage at the moment (I have access to quite a large area locally in Chester) but since I am not far away if you need an additional pair of hands rigging your lean-to I am usually free Friday mornings. Don't mind lending a hand to help you get yourself set up. Best of luck with it. Paul.

	Anyone else? Got one, possibly two other lads renting a space each. I think what I will do is get some fencing to put up and create a few separate, covered bays with an electric hookup for anyone that wants space.
