	Hi all, Wasn't sure where to put this, so I'll stick it here but feel free to move. I was buying a few new ignition bits for the metro and found a seller on eBay selling Lucas gold sports coils for £12.45 about 8 quid cheaper than usual. pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=191212041246&alt=web Hopefully someone can save a few quid if they were looking to buy one this week.

	Cheers Tom, I bought 2 to keep "in stock" as an ignition system upgrade as part of a thorough service is my default first action when buying a pre-85 car,using one of these gold coils, a cheap ebay electronic ignition kit that fits inside the dizzy cap (which I replace too), along with a new rotor arm, NGK plugs with the gap set to 0.9 or 1 mm and 8mm silicone leads. The difference is obvious as soon as the car fires up - every car I've done this to has responded so well I've then needed to turn the idle stop right back on the carb to get the idle speed back down to where it should be, which to me is a sign the thing is running appreciably more efficiently on a given volume of mixture.
