I've been to look at a yard to store and build banger and autograss racing cars, as well as an s13 and a couple of other projects. The yard itself isn't big enough to share but he has a large unit there too which would be ideal with 3 people sharing both. It would work out around £200 each per month plus bills. The unit has 3 phase electric and water. I would say the unit is around 1500sqft and yard yard is probably slightly less, I would only want one space in the unit but would need most the yard. It is a secure site with a large gate and I believe someone lives on site. 24hr access available but it would all need keeping tidy and no ragging cars around, do-nutting, burn outs etc.
