1991 Toyota Supra turbo mk3 manual gearbox. head gasket went last week
open to swapsies why?
The car has done just over 100,000 miles and still drives great,
The turbo engine pulls strong and there are no nasty noises from the engine or gearbox.
All the interior toys like the electric seat adjustment and climate control work fine.
Tyres in good condition
Brakes recently serviced although the front ones still squeak a little, still work fine.
very recent new oil (expensive castrol high spec oil), filter and spark plugs
other recent work includes
- new turbo drain/feed gasket
- new turbo pipe work (aluminium solid pipe and silicone hoses)
- new full silicone hose kit for turbo, coolant and breathers.
- new 3" downpipe from turbo
- new clutch
- fresh gearbox oil
- front upper arm bushes replaced
MOT until September
The car has had a LPG system removed at some point in its life as there are so hoses and a filler for one, might be useful if you want to convert it or a new bumper (to remove the filler could be sourced on ebay)
There is no rust on the body, which for a mk3 supra is very rare, paintwork is a little faded and has the odd scratch and a little dent on the drivers wing but still a good looking car.
Its had a lot of work done to it during my ownership and it has been a great fun car, but I am looking to get a Subaru Impreza and don't have time to do the head gasket on this car, so I have to sell the old Supra.
looking for £1500 ono
