That looks lovely in Almadine Red. What's up with the steering wheel? Is it mouldy or dirty?

just checked car has full merc service history up to 11700 miles now 12900 miles car had been reged as ril 20 personal number ,fist service 1290 per delivery report and inspection papers too , load of mots tax discs etc , so a very cheap car original irish car
