This is an early E34 and is the old M20 12 valve engine carried over from the E30/E28 and not the later 24v engine. This was part of the attraction for me, I love the really early ones and the M20 engines just seem to have virtually disappeared. 106k miles 3 previous owners (1989-1996, 1996-2003, 2003-2015 when I bought it). Car has stacks of history and has clearly been loved all of its life. It starts, drives and runs excellent. I've just recently serviced it as well. Interior is mint, I gave it a good clean out just after bringing it home and it really is in good condition. Drivers seat is firm with no wear or sagging either which are both common. Exterior, again really good for one of these. There's no rust. There are some minor scratch marks on the NSF wing and the rear bumper has had a bit of a bump at some point it seems. I'm looking for £1050 Ono, part ex is welcome though.        |
