hello. me and my friend are planning on taking over a medium size workshop in Llandudno.
because there is just two of us there is going to be lots of space that we don't need. If a third person can join us the rent will be a lot more manageable. the rent would be £1000 every 3 months.
so there is not a monthly payment for rent. with 3 of us it would be approx. £333 rent each every 3 months
the electric, water, building insurance and council tax would be split between three of us.
there is no lease on the building for the first year. so if you struggle for the rent you can leave at anytime.
my friend is a panel beater and paint sprayer.
I will be doing hydro graphics, laser engraving, 3d printing & prop making.
so we can also help you if needed.
