Firstly a large accident in the morning in which Steve Hemingway came off at Semi Circle and collided with a scaffolding tower of some sort, Air Ambulance took him away to Bristol Hospital and he was reported as awake, our own rescuedude was part of the team that dealt with the accident and our continued thanks go to him and the other marshals for making sure our events are safely run and in the event of an accident things are dealt with in a manner that results in good outcomes. On the more controversial side Prescott has some new noise limits, it cause a number of highly competitive cars to not be able to run in the second top twelve run off, it has impact on the championship, on cars and potentially on the wider sport. Overall I had a great day out and am looking forward to more hillclimb action this year, it really is something special. |

that is lovely, cant recall the last time i seen one around, remember years ago going out with my dad and he took me somewhere over ross on wye area as he knew a chap who had two like this and a 2002, just left rotting on his driveway.
its not nice seeing some of the off's. i can only imagine what its like for the rescue team and marshal's, although trained for it and ready you always hope that they are not needed.
