The actual car from the film A Clockwork Orange was at the NEC this weekend at the Practical Classics show, the Probe 16. Only 3 ever made and at 34" high. How they ever got 4 burly blokes in it for the film ceases to amaze me, its bloody tiny in real life. Super cool though. The steering wheel is beyond epic. Look closely and you might see the panther poking her nose out...

Don't they refer to it as a Durango in the film?

yes a Durango 95....
The Durango-95 purred away real horrorshow - a nice, warm, vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. Soon, it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark. We fillied around for a while with other travellers of the night, playing hogs of the road. Then we headed West. What we were after now was the old surprise visit. That was a real kick, and good for laughs and lashings of the old ultra-violence.

I'd rather loose by a mile cause I built my own car than win by an inch because someone else built it for me. Your car is your story, so don't let anyone else write the book.

Possibly, yes they do. The owner had a details board next to the car and it was called a probe 16, don't quote me on it's official name, I'm just going off that board.
