Hi, Ive finally got my '72 Merc W108 3.5 litre V8 on the road after lengthily top end rebuild due to head gasket issues, also replaced one cam shaft as lobes were completely round due to oil starvation!
I need to sort the bodywork before October due to my step daughters wedding where it will be the star and outshine the bride, obviously.
In the meantime I cant stop thinking about lowering it, I considered chopping springs but think bags will be better for the longterm. I see BC Fabrications in the States do an off the shelf kit, has anyone used these guys before? The pic on their site shows the car with fairly extreme negative camber due the swing axles I guess, could this be countered by spacing the central diff mount accessed in the boot?
