I bought this a while back as I had always wanted one... however too many projects are still pending and now I require the engine and gearbox for something else more important so here we are, an rare opportunity to get a completely AWESOME car for peanuts!!! The beast in question...  (I did photoshop it to lower it - so for the sake of a spring chop, it's legit!) You could have it looking like this...  (but to get it anywhere near this is going to require some work) If you are still interested, which I genuinely hope some of you are, then you can go and have a look here on my photobucket CLICKY HEREThe car is in colchester, the engine and box are NOT included, however I will have an engine and gearbox (albeit diesel) which can go with it for an extra £200 at some point in the near future... i.e. when I swap them but for now I am looking to secure a sale on the car. This car has so many redeeming cool features like pop out rear window and beige everything! It won't be long before this is, like AE86s, hugely desirable for retro RWD action so do a buy before scene tax gets itself involved  thanks for reading. EDIT : Due to a crazy amount of interest, people wanting to buy it as a complete car, I will leave the original engine and gearbox in the car so it is a complete driving car for £600

Unless it's a PS4 not really. I don't need anymore projects... well, I'm sure I don't really want one. Come on, £250, It'll be the only time one of these comes up for that price and you will look back in years to come saying "where did all those £250 RWD dattys go?".... I often say the same thing about 200SX's.

I'm really interested in this! would you swap for an 1984 mazda rx7? its basically a parts car (its complete tho) but has a rotery engine (worth about 250 on its own) so all the running gear would be usefull to drop in somthing else

I really don't need anymore car based projects. I currently have 13 cars and trying to reduce that, hence the jaw droopingly cheap bargain price.

I'm about to do a 6,500 mile trip to get a car. I'm not moaning about distance.... 180 miles is nothing. Especially if you genuinely like the car. I would chuck an MX-5 engine in this if I had it Perfect! Cheap rotten donor with bulletproof running gear, this is a fantastic idea. Buy a rusted out MX5 for £400 and you'll break it for £800 or more and have free running gear. Cracking engine and box too..... |

Yup, I got my car shipped 6000km ;-)
I bought my Imp from Scotland and had it delivered down south.
Distance shouldn't get in your way.
This is a cool car Damo, would look very nice with the TS Cup kit and some low, wide 13s.
Good luck with the sale.
I'll post it on the Datsun club website for you too.

Ive got a low mileage a12 and 4 speed gearbox for this. Took it out of mine because I'm going sr20det. £300 takes it.
