Do Mercedes Mono-wipers park outside their normal sweep? Tempted to buy one for a custom detail but want to hide them, some cars pull their wipers down past their normal swept area ( and fully off windscreen) to hide lower in cowl when parked out of use. I want this but wasn't sure if Mercedes had the feature other than normal parking at bottom of travel. Might team monowiper with another motor if it does not.

Nope they don't, just controlled with end of travel limit switches.

Fixed one a few weeks back that was parking up the screen (05 plate), they use copper tracks that hold a constant live till the end of the tracks to park it, easy to fix but not to easy to extend/play with IMHO

They park at the bottom on the drivers side usually, but they don't conceal - the linkage is very complex due to it being telescopic in movement, have a look for a youtube video and you'll see what I mean.
Maybe a Citroen BX wiper instead?

Can't you achieve the hidden look by modifying the cowl or bonnet edge a bit, the effort involved might be comparable to re-engineering the car to accept a wiper from another model.

LS400 wiper systems park. You could just adapt the linkage to make it sweep the full screen.
