Just got some cheap alloys for use a track-day wheels, they need a quick re-furb, what's the suggested finish, a quick rattle can spray or powder coat (I know about scraping the paint from the mounting face)? Just looking for something that will look reasonable and be low maintenance, colourwise will probably end up going dark grey or maybe yellow (red car).

The best low maintenance wheel finish is satin black rattle can. Cheap, easily touched up and doesn't show dirt as much as other colours.
