Hopefully I won't regret this- but I'm offering my 300 SEL for sale, I've used this a lot recently instead of my Mercedes CLS- but I have way too many cars- so this one first and my 500 SEC sometime soon

Anyway- the SEL is White with excellent grey leather, all four seats are heated- electric windows and both front seats, everything working. It has self-levelling suspension too.
Utterly reliable- and easy on the pocket fuel wise, driven to work and proper talking point. The wheels fitted can be either swapped for the originals, or car sold with both sets- depends on whatever deal you want- I'm easy either way. Both sets of wheels have new tyres- Pirelli 18" on the AMG, and I think Avon on the originals.
MOT'd to December 2015, it sailed through- as you would expect, as I do look after my vehicles. Everything works apart from the Air-con, but I never use it so it's not bothered me.
Total mileage of 104k- genuine and have ALL-yes every MOT since new to confirm
There are some paint scabs- that I never got round to- as they're not too bad- I do have some paint ready for it- which you can have.
Not desperate to sell- just need some drive space, so as I'm swapping registration numbers on the 500 SEC- this one is ready for a new owner right now.
All new plug leads, distributor cap and arm- new set of fuses, no electrical gremlins- starts every time, brakes in a straight line, new front brake calipers, as one was seized when I bought it. New pads all round, and brake sensors. New fuel filter so ready to go.
I have fitted an Alpine Ipod Head unit- but do have the original Blaupunkt unit which works just fine. I have the original rear light units, as well as the front indicators and side repeaters. There is a top of the range Alpine Bluetooth phone and music system in it- where you can stream music straight from your Iphone without wires. Head unit also supports a USB stick. I'm happy to remove for the purists if you don't like any of the non- original stuff though- I need a phone for my work- so fitted all this.
All good so far? Right- price wise, I am looking for £ 4000 with everything included, and as I say if you want the original specification- I will swap to the original wheels, Blaupunkt radio(I will even chuck in The Stranglers Greatest Hits cassette- that was in it when I bought it!) as well as swap the light units back to standard. I'd be after £ 3250 for that spec.
Just remembered I fitted white dials too- only stick on-so they come off easily.
It's a quality class motor- fits in well in Nottingham where I live, proper Gangster Mafia motor, most admired, sometimes for all the wrong reasons,ha ha- was getting round to black windows and a lowering job- no time though![]()
