	Any luck with your search? I've been keeping an eye out for garages around Exeter for a while and they are like poor quality wobbly children's play pony sh*t! This unit is on a farm just off the A30 at Ottery St Mary. www.gumtree.com/p/parking-garage-offered/workshop-store-unit/1112842328 But probably too expensive to run on your own. I think it maybe an idea to get a few local guys together and share something. I'll be looking in the next few months too.
