The quality is pony , due to it being a photo of a picture.
I don't think they still do it, but a company used to fly around taking photos of your house from a helicopter, then sell you a print.
Found this of my parents house the other day.
Our house is the one with the silver Matra Rancho on the drive, probably the only pic we have of it.
Notice my neighbour on the left, with IIRC some old skool Peugeot panel van, and the two baby blue Chevette's.
On the otherside is a Spitfire, which slowly rotted into the drive before being scrapped.
