This is a twin light model like the conventional UK car however is a pre facelift so has different bumpers and a few little differences.
Usual 'mod cons' suck as electric windows and electric folding mirrors
Speedo is still in KM, I have a converter but only got as far as fitting the mph sticker.
This may go up as I do use it every day I can (don't drive it in the wet/snow/salt etc)
Bodywork is completely rust free, no car park dings/dents/bumps on the metalwork at all.
Has a big dent on the front bumper and a crack in the rear bumper. not sure how the crack got there but the front bumper was an idiot in Tesco car park who reversed into the bumper and did a runner. metalwork underneath untouched
In my opinion it needs painting. The paint work is horrible but it may buff up lovely, just my opinion.
Boot lid is red, this is how I got the car and there was also some broken glass in the boot so assume the previous owner has the tailgate smashed and changed the full tailgate rather than the glass.
I bought this car as a shell and engine and built it up from there.
Engine had a full service before fitting including oil/filter/timing chain/tensioner/waterpump/various gaskets and seals etc (reciepts to prove) I also have a new rocker cover gasket set as I'd planned painting the rocker cover. (Y56 yellow rattle can with primer and laquer can be included in sale if required)
it is a little rough around the edges with a couple of bits of trim missing and the a fore mentioned bumper damage but guaranteed no rust at all !
Built it to be my toy but as I work 6 days a week and the other day a week I'm usually busy I just think I'm best putting the money towards a nicer daily. I've had it since 09/09/2013 and finally finished building it and got it taxed and tested on the 27/09/2014 so it MOT'd until the 27/09/2015. Obviously Tax won't carry to new owner.
V5 is present and in my name/address.
