Porsche is in excellent condition and has obviously been loved by previous owners
Paintwork is in great condition
Interior is in excellent condition with no rips or marks and the biege seats make an excellent contrast to the Guards red bodywork
Engine runs well and is at it should with no untoward noises, engine bay is very clean
All electrics are working as they should, headlights, sunroof radio etc.
Tyres have loads of tread left on them and alloys are in excellent condition
Brakes have loads of life left in them
Just generally is a lovely example of a Porsche 924S
Car is registered as a cat D but had very minimal damage for this as it was just the front bumper which had been broken, since the bumper Has been replaced and has been repaired and now you can not tell.
Don't let this put you off the car is in excellent condition
Due to it being registered Cat D it does not come with any of its service history which was extensive lost by the company dealing with it during its time as Cat D.
However There is a silver lining I contacted the previous owner of the car and he was very helpful in revealing the cars history of which was he was very extensive.
Bought new from Porsche Lancaster by a solicitor in Folkestone in 1988 she kept the car for over a decade maintaining it meticulously at the same garage for this time the owner of the garage happens to be a previous owner
She sold it too her then husband who garaged it for a couple of years again keeping up with its maintenance.
The garage owner then bought it off him, the garage owner resprayed the car and completed lots of work on the engine.
It was then bought back by the previous owner who put a brand new interior in it and again kept it garaged, he then sent it to a classic car auction who then caused the damage
It has now been repaired
But alas no paper history with this car I did contact Lancaster Porsche and they can confirm some of the work carried out on the car in the late 80s early 90s
Porsche 924s are getting rarer in this condition and prices are starting to price along with the rest of the Porsche market.
I'm looking for £2000 for the car due to the excellent condition
could possible be interested in a swap px etc.
Car is located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Pictures to be added soon
