Hello folks,
as many of you know through the car related boys names threard, I have been awaiting the arrival of my son.
Well today he made his bid for freedom and arrived at 16:35 weighing in at 8lbs!
The name isn't fully settled on yet but his first name is Mason which is usualy a surname but what the hell. The missus still needs a little more convincing to go for Jensen (as in Healy or Interceptor) as a middle name but I'm working on it.
Anyway, must go, got a horrible tar like first nappy to change!

:)Congratulations mate. My kids grew up loving my Skoda's, especially Gail my youngest daughter. My old Rapid was named "Uncle Rapid". I still have the spirit of that car, I used it to make the Bugrat which my kids really enjoy. If you're as lucky as me childwise you'll be doing alright. Hope your son, his mum and you are well.

Cheers everyone! Who's had the other new arrival?
My 2 and a half year old daughter Kaitlin is showing an interest in cars (well, daddys cars anyway) and is a big fan of buses so there is a glimer of hope.

Thanks all. He will be banned from adding any 'Bling' to his stroller. However, if he wants to fit high performance wheel bearings and uprated springs or a roll cage then I'm all for encourageing his interests. That's a point, I wonder if you can get retro strollers?

Cheers all, that stroller looks like it predates retro! ;D Congrats fella. Was wondering where the other guy with a nice Cortina in his sig had got to! Nice Cortina? Oh, I guess it does look quite smart in that pic. Unfortunately it's one of those flattering pics. However, it is pretty solid and now benefits from modern electronic fuel injection and solid state ignition. Oh, and an extra litre of capacity, 2 more cylinders, 16 more valves and an extra forward gear! ;D |
