hi..advertising on behalf of my mate bert... as stated above,chevy pick up,{canopy is available as well as very rusty looking tailgate } it runs a 6.2 diesel V8 auto with a Banks turbo fitted,and after driving it back from the paint shop,i can vouch for both the kick down and the turbo working...  oh yes ...they're both working fine..:tup: berts just lost his mojo with the project...it was meant to have had a lot more done to it ,while it was away at the paint shop,a lot of little niggly bits werent attended to,and bert now just wants to sell it...and quickly...he told me to put it on here for £1500...currently taxed and moted... it drives and stops...its had a new alternator and two new batteries..its obviously fitted with a lift kit and heavy duty shocks...and huge rubber... car is in glasgow...bring your own ladder..:incheek:... £1500       cheers...al |

Looks like RHD from the pics Compass- the paper used to mask the screen has been torn off the right side only & I think I can see a wheel.
Love this, by the way- lotta fun for the money!

Is that not a Blazer ? (without the canopy on)
Thought Silverado was the pick up version with a proper 'cab back' ?
Great project either way and very rare in RHD,i've had one.
The 6.2 is awesome and sounds the same too,even better + turbo.

yeah its a blazer...but the badge next to the petrol flap says Silverado...i don't know if it came with this canopy,as standard, or not...  the tailgate is really rusted out so bert decided to go "pick up"...coz he turns everthing into pick ups...its a steal...he wanted more than that before he got new rear arches fitted and the "spray job"...and you cannot buy an engine for that price...nor could you buy a banks turbo for one, for that money...somebody buy it before he changes his mind...i know hes putting a track rod end on it on saturday,but mot guy told him that... also...its on DANA 44 FRONT and 10 bolt REAR AND A TH400 autobox... cheers...al |
