Hey very impressed with this swap, have saw it over on the merc forum think it's great your willing to share the info with others as OM series tuning info is a bit thin on the ground in the UK. I also have a c250, waited like 8 months constant searching to find a manual estate that wasn't rotten beyond repair! As for the boost bleed mod, have you tried this now if so how have you found boost response? I was toying between trying this out or converting my stock gt20 turbo to use a manual pressure driven actuator, not sure how the Ecu would get on having no control??.. Currently it will spike to around 23-24psi & tail off to around 18 with the rack sensor mod. Cold conditions 4th or 5th gear can see 25psi spike which throws the car into limp mode as I presume it see's over boost. Good luck with the rest of your build & if you stick with the electric pump for a while let me know as I have a couple of contacts for people UK/Ireland based who may be able to sort out a tune with raised torque limits & boost cut delete I literally didn't think manual wagons existed. Besides the 722.6 auto is stronger anyway, and the ole controller accepts paddle input, I just need to try a w203 steering wheel (with paddles) then I'm laughing.. I haven't bled the map signal because the turbo is right on its limit, its likely any more pressure will push the compressor out of its map and the higher pressure won't offset the extra heat, so I'm building a holset manifold. Although with a pressure actuator you could set it to 23/24psi constant then it won't peel back to 18 like you say, interesting.. I will build and fit the manifold and turbo, install a 722 controller and flappy paddles, then go for an edc controller before I have the pump built. Ages to go yet.. On the plus side I did find some beige front door cards..

Started on my air-fluid ATF cooler, which will be mounted behind the OS bumper / wing area. BEcause I live in a terrace in London now I only have my cabinet tool box so I've had to order nuts, bolts, washers, a dewalt drill and even an M6 clearance drill.. lol

Nice conversion mate thought about doing this a few times in the past with a mechanical pump, did not know you could get a stand alone gearbox controller that's what put me off

Those push-fit mocal hose and fittings are a mish by the way, passers by thought I was having a stroke trying to get them together.. Turns out hot water is the key..

I am in the process of fitting W220 S600 brembo 4-pots which are aluminium & suit 345mm rotors, and C32 345mm rotors.
Slight misalignment in caliper to disk so I'm making 3mm (IIRC) hard washers to space the caliper central again, and looking at slightly longer mounting bolts to accommodate.
I'll also need custom hoses made with banjo at the caliper end, but it's a very cheap way to upgrade (W220 calipers are 50 each from a breakers here in UK).
In case you're looking to do the same, S500 use 330mm and S600 use 345mm rotors..
Pics to follow

Purchased some W203 C32 AMG 345mm rotors, and W220 S600 BiTurbo AMG limo calipers for a bit of an upgrade. I think I might need to make some (around 3mm) hard washer spacers for between the caliper and the knuckle mating surfaces to centre the calipers on the rotors, and 3mm longer bolts, not sure what bolt rating I need for that, 12.1? Also the brake hose enters the caliper from a different angle, so I've converted the caliper end to banjo, and need to fit it and measure the new length, about +100mm ish I think.. TBC, more to follow.

Had to mock up to get the correct hose length as the fitting on the W220 callipers are in a different place. Also need 5mm hard steel washers to centralise them on the rotors. Built my own hoses from rebuildable fittings I got from Rallydesign.co.uk, heat shrink for neatness.. The gold is some kind of anti corrosion coating.

Great work on such a good car the w202s are great cars, price rises imminent! Thanks mate! Yeah I figures / hoped that might happen. Mine was £620 2 years ago in need of an epic service and all the welding.
I just hope the passage of time will make it less ugly..

S600 calipers trial fitted to confirm my eyeballed spacer was the correct thickness, fortunately it was. The internet sourced information that banjos are needed on the caliper end is wrong, gona fit convex inline fittings to the new hoses as per OEM. Clears the wheel by 5mm..! That reminds me, I need to find some affordable replacements for those ditch-finders, £70 a pair from ebay never ends well.

My low pressure compounding turbo arrived so I can mock up more of the manifold.. progress has been slow because I can't find anyone who sells 2'' x 1.5'' concentric butt-weld reducers in mild, only 316SS at about £20 each!! Laptop & Haynes manual for scale.. It's really bloody big..

After peeling my face off the windscreen, I can confirm 345mm rotors are overkill..

Wing was rusty.. Off, and Krusted.. Forgot the filler and priming action shots.. Base coated: Installed because I don't have any top coat lacquer.. Not bad for rattle can job though. Hopefully the clear top makes it match more..

Turns out jtmplumbing.co.uk sell good cheap weld elbows including conical reducers.. About a fiver each. (for the oval ports on the 606).
