I`m seriously looking into Renting a Proper Unit close to home so I can get all my workshop stuff and tools together in one place, and have somewhere to finish my Kadett.
This will be a proper unit and wont be cheap for me to rent, but I`m not looking for someone else to fill it full of wibblepoo if you get my meaning
I would like to share with a couple of likeminded people, who are maybe preparing / building Trackday cars etc
Main Kit I have which will be in there:
DC Tig Welder
Proper Mig welder
Lathe
Pillar Drill
Small Linisher
Bench grinder
Metal bench Shears
Metal Shrinker / stretcher
Big Trolley Jacks and stands
Rollover Spit
Car Chassis Dollies
Big Hydrovane Compressor, couple of smaller Compressors
Blast Cabinet
Parts washer
ETC ETc
Basically I`m looking at setting up a proper "Shop", I have most of the Kit
Some like minded people to share it who don't mind investing in something to have a really nice workspace would be good
Like I say, Its an Idea at the moment, I`m looking at units between 1000sq/ft up to 2000sq/ft which are going to be in the £6k - £12k/year rental range on the outskirts of Norwich
