hello folks, putting my naples up for sale. the car would be perfect for a resto job, would also make an ideal track car or daily. the car currently has no mot, expired in December and was planning to keep it off the road until it gets a bit warmer. I'm only the 4th owner of this little mk1. the car has loads of history with (complete folder full). a lot being Renault too
it passed its previous mot with no advisories and the mot before that it failed on 2 broken front spring which were replaced. a ball joint and a failing exhaust system. all of which were rectified by the previous owner. the car has done less than 2k in the last 6 months ive owned it. just sits in the garage until the weekends then ill take it for a spin. if its dry. the sills are solid along the bottom. the rear bits of the sills have a little bit of rust but are still good. the arches are solid but haven't been resprayed to the highest standard. again something that didn't bother me..
the car has been very well maintained mechanically. and this shows when driving. pulls as well as you would expect. holds great oil pressure.
could do with a new boot as its very rotten. looks like the rear washer leaked for a few years..
the sunroof was also sealed by the previous owner, and they made a good tidy job of it. the key fob doesn't work on the remote. but the central locking still works.

the interior is very clean apart from 2 holes in the rear bench
the tyres are all good
scuttle induction kit fitted with a washer bag
lowered 40mm at the front to match the rear
discs and pads were replaced by previous owner
all bushes were replaced by previous owner
I have a few other bits with it too that will come with the car
magnex backbox that will come with the car

Unfitted poly bushed dog bone
spare front and rear shocks/springs
has a comfy race steering wheel but the colour isn't to my taste, but it has a ph1 wheel to come with it
