63,152 genuine miles, full HONDA service history since new, every receipt, original paperwork, fully stamped log book, spare keys and fobs, red key and master, only two owners from new.
MOT til the end of May but I can't see it having any problems at all.
I'm selling the car on behalf of my father, who searched long and hard for a CRV of this model in as close to mint condition as he could find. It has subsequently never wanted for anything, always regularly serviced at Trispen Honda, always gone through Honda for parts and any requirements it has had (bar a recent battery from Halfords, with receipt).
The car has never needed much, but anything it has needed my father has spent the money at the dealership to continue its full service history and never held back with anything it has needed. My father was only the second owner from new, and I believe when he bought it it had 40-odd thousand miles, so he's only added about 15,000 in the last three years.
This is an honest car, drives brilliantly, the B20 engine pulls smoothly and really well, and the gearbox and clutch reliable and precise, I believe the only time the engine has needed anything was for a flat battery.
It has electric windows, mirrors, sunroof, central locking, driver and passenger airbags, immobilliser, power steering, I think it has ABS brakes too, though I've not tested them harshly to check. It has a cloth interior with folding cup holders, etc, though as mentioned in the description it is discoloured in places. This could possibly be removed with a decent carpet cleaner.
The only issues I know of are the tarpaulin-like cover on the rear wheel is coming away on the top, this is currently fixed with duct tape, though could do with being replaced. It has also had recent water ingress to the drivers footwell. I'm not sure of the cause of this, I do know the car was recently parked up for a number of weeks with the drivers window open a bit, so it is possible the carpet is wet due to rain which got in then. I haven't checked but previous Hondas that I have owned have sometimes let water in because of blocked sunroof drainage tubes, so if there was another reason for the wet carpet this could be a possibility.
However please don't let this detract - this is an incredibly well-looked after, two-owner, genuine low-mileage, no expense spared CRV with full Honda service history and all spare keys and red back ups. I believe the car comfortably achieves mid-30s MPG and is a delight to drive, very smooth, quiet and everything feels like it did when new. The four wheel drive is of the 'intelligent' type which I believe kicks in when needed, like in the snow we are bound to get in the next couple of months!
