Hi guy's, selling this as after throwing my time/money and effort at it I have discovered that it's not really my cup of tea
This is in quite good condition all round, body is good and it has had the battery tray replaced at some point (done quite well) sill's and floor seem rust free.
It does have a dent on the front of the bonnet and some of the window seals are ill fitting/corroded. All easily replaced if you wanted.
Mechanically sound, the little ohv 1.3 engine starts on the button and the clutch/gearbox are in good condition.
The interior is in great condition, it has an unusual brown dash with matching plastics and the seats/doorcard's are unusually sound too.
I have converted this to a 5 speed and fitted a sport KA gear linkage so it drives much better. I have also fitted RS turbo lowered suspension as well.
The car will come with an extra 5x 15" Ford steel wheels (no tyres) and a full set of mk1 Fiesta/mk3 Escort centre caps to fit if you want.
I have an unfitted period Moss car alarm/immobiliser for it, these mk4's used to get nicked every five minutes so I thought it was a good idea to get one!
It also has a really small Mountney steering wheel fitted, the original will come with the car if you wanted to replace it.
