Reluctant sale of my lovely black Cav but with my current fleet at 16 cars something has to go!
Mine since 2006 and has been my daily driver for most of that time but has been Sorned since the end of October.
Good bits, lowered 40mm on 16" Astra SRi wheels with 2 new and 2 good tyres + matching spare wheel.
Full Diplomat leather interior, electric sunroof, Lexus style tail lights, mesh grille, airbag removed and adjustable column fitted with SRi leather bound wheel, Towbar.
All sills, front and rear wheel arches original and sound.
MOT till September 2015, recent brake overhaul including new pads all round, new rear discs and 1 new rear caliper.
Regularly serviced, uses no oil or water. Everything works, even the electric ariel!
Cuurently fitted with stainless bigbore backbox, I also have a new, full, cat-back standard exhaust system, still in the wrapping which will go with the car (cost over £100) and some other used spare parts as well.
It's quick, (ran 16.03 at PV, 2008) comfortable, utterly reliable, surprisingly good on gas and a great towcar.
Bad bits, Paintwork mostly, I had some tidying up done a year or so ago and it wasn't a good job. The bonnet has been mopped to within an inch of its life, the front lower panel is showing surface rust and the lower drivers door has a few scabs (see pics) There are a few other paint defects and the moulding has come off the o/s/r door but I still have it albeit a bit twisted.
I'm looking for as close to £750 as I can get for the car, its not totally mint but its certainly one of the better survivors and I shall miss it!
