The good bits.....1999 Mercedes Benz E320 CDi in very dark purple, huge estate, 6 cylinder 3.2L Diesel, this car will return 35-40mpg, around 200bhp, 0-60 in about 7.7 secs, auto with manual over ride and traction control (ESP), recent Witter tow bar and electrics fitted, roof bars, alloys with good tyres all round. MOT until August 2015. 180,000 miles on the clock, with some history, electric memory seats, mirrors, steering wheel etc., electric windows, aircon, Starts, runs and drives like silk. The bad bits......Various age related marks, some bubbling on the arches, due a service (probably just an oil change), one alloy wheel is slightly different, I have the original one, it just needs a puncture repair. Electric windows a bit sticky from lack of use, headlights need a really good abrasive polish as the plastic has gone opaque. Genuine reason for selling, had to buy a newer car for work. This may sound like a cliché, but I really would like this car to go to a good home, it's been fabulous. £1500 or as near as I can get, I need it gone fairly soon. Here's some pics.....

Imagine my joy at having to part with it prematurely. It needs to be gone within a couple of days, I just do not have the room for it. eBay next, bring on the jokers and test pilots.  c. |

I'd be tempted to have this at a grand? Need an economical car to haul the dogs about in, and get to the unit.

Bumpety bump.
Now £1000 as its about to start getting in my way. Now on SORN.
PX on somthing small and interesting a distinct possibility, especially if a 1UZ will fit in it. (the engine bay, not the boot).

How is this still here?! I'm a bit North of you - now thinking about changing my 528i Touring for this. It'll probably come to nowt, this car now has my attention though. Sadly I don't have anything small and interesting.

That's a bargain at a grand. Most W210s of that age have fallen to bits or rusted to death, but yours looks solid.

It's not bad, pretty solid, nothing flagged for the MOT. There are a couple of rust bubbles on the arches and a small hole in the boot corner, and a couple of marks on the body.
The car is a phenomenal drive, it surprised the hell out of me the first time I drove it, and still made me smile right up until I put it on sorn. I'm now getting massive withdrawal symptoms while it sits on my driveway pouting.
Everyone that has driven this car or sat in it has said "wow!" and i'm really hoping the next owner gets as much of a kick out of it as I have.
