engine balancing? where is any good for the money in the south midlands/warwickshire, i have a full crank/rods/ flywhel/backplate & clutch i want balanced, where should i go?

Mini 998cc grp bonnet & boot, lightend shell, 6-point cage, soon to have a turbo on the 998 engine (t2 frm a r5gt) rs turbo intercooler, hoping to get 120ish bhp?
father is building a Mini Van 1330, 45 weber, 100bhp@wheels

i need my whole setup done as one, i spose thats called dynamic balancing is'nt it, not rods:P
want it running super smooth to hit the drag strip :OD this engine has gotta be schmooooottthhh! as it can be! high rpm low boost turbo ye ha!
