2.8 (2795cc) Bmw Engine, the engine is very strong drives wonderful, the car has automatic gearbox which pulls and engages gears correctly. mechanicaly the car is fantastic the only thing i have had to replace in my ownership has been the battery. ( which also has 12months warranty)
Interior:
the interior is in good condititon all electrics apart from the passengers electric mirror and drivers window do not work, i beleeive this to be just a switch, the sunroof passenger window all works as it should, rear windows are manual. the door cards nor the headlining is sagging it is in good condition. Dashboard has NO cracks.
Exterior:
the car has had all rust top to bottom treated, and has been given a full respray in Nissan K11 Grey, apart from the odd 1/2 slight mark the vehicle might have it is in great fantastic representable condition, all tyres are practically brand new.
OVERALL: the car is great starts drives wonderfully, i brought this vehicle to use as a donor as one of my other E28s had been written off. but instead of stripping this lovely well maintained example i have decided to put my original M535i back on the road. the car is missing the boot carpet but can easily be sourced. the previous owner to me rescued the vehicle from a scrapyard and carried out extensive welding to put this car back to its former glory (he does this as a hobbie). i have no paperwork with car due to this reason, please note i am in regular contact with the previous owner. i am also still awaiting the V5 (full recipt, my i.d. fee for v62 form and also the sale will be from my home address). steering has slight play. 40mm Lowering springs also included but not fitted.
Due to Lack of space now i must downsize my collection. this is a good car whether you would like to add to a collection, keep as a cruiser etc. i have driven around 2.300 miles in it one journey being a 8 hour all round trip and it didnt let me down in the slightest.
