Hello. I bought a 2000 BMW E46 Right hand drive on Wednesday. An English car imported to Spain. Nice car Right hand drive no problem but one thing that annoys me is the speedo is in MPH. So I can pick up a Km speedo but was wondering if the digital 128000 miles will change to 128000 KILOMETERS ? That would be nice.  Thanks all |

was wondering if the digital 128000 miles will change to 128000 KILOMETERS ? 128,000 miles =/= 128,000 km as you may know. converted it should be somewhere above 200,000 km depending on the exact mileage. |

Yeah
Thanks jxke but I'm wondering if it will convert up to 200000km or read 128000 Km which is about 80000 miles

you'll probably find that if you change the clocks to a KMH set, the mileage will show wahtever the new set of clocks showed when they were removed from their original home. the Mileage of a vehicle is stored in the clocks, not anywhere else in the car.

Don't you get a dot in the lcd by changing the clocks?
Maybe find someone with INPA or NCS software and see what they can do.
