Also fitted some clio rsi speedlines to the Jumbuck, it looks well 90's!  DSC_5798 by srblythe, on Flickr  DSC_5799 by srblythe, on Flickr I also fitted a Polo grille to the Proton  DSC_5741 by srblythe, on Flickr I've come to a decision regarding the FSO, I'm 99% sure it's a lost cause, I've offered it up for free on an FSO group but it's very likely not going to be any use and too far away for most. I feel really bad for abandoning it but I've not currently got the money or time to focus on it, I've currently got 6 cars with 4 of them currently on the road, I'm a second year apprentice welder so I don't actually have rakes of cash to waste on curse word cars. What I would be doing its putting it to one side, but not before strengthening the frame a bit. Then come back to it when cash allows, as this is one of the best projects around.

^what he said if space is not an issue. Sometimes defeat is acceptable - in this case it very much is! I would not know where to beginn with this and I've restored a few cars in my time. But none this far gone... You'r basically building a new shell from scratch, more or less. With - I guess - not many repair penals available... Noone will blame you for not tackling this incredible amount of work!! In fact, I pull my hat just for the thought of trying to do it!  |

I'm familiar with the Perthshire autoshite heaven it came from. Its an amazing place but probably the worst place in the world to store a steel bodied car or truck for any length of time. It would take a severe drought to even begin to dry that yard out. I wouldn't blame you for cutting your losses on the FSO.
