For sale is my dear little fiat uno. Its a white 3 door mk2, good condition with 56k on the clocks. I've had it about a year now, it was a fill in car while i sorted out my other cars. Used daily from oct/nov last year to about august this year. Its been maintained regardless of cost, and has done me well for the time i've had it.
Since owning it i've changed an ignition module on the dizzy (common fault), head gasket, timing belt and tensioner have been done. New rear shoes (however these need to be replaced as i think the hand brake adjuster mechanism has given up on them), new front disks and pads, oil and filter changed, new clutch and release bearing. I've also fitted, as the original got on my nerves, a new stereo system, ipod/usb head unit and 4 little 10cm speakers, one in each corner. Makes driving it a whole lot nicer. The steering is nice and light, the clutch is nice and light, the brakes work a treat, all be it minus ABS. This car is a little gem. It is about 20years old so its not mint, but its good condition so perfect for an uno turbo re-shell, or if you're feeling different, the 1.4 8v and 16v engines with around 100hp (bearing in mind the original uno turbo produced 115) swap straight in the front of the uno. There's even a 1.4 16v turbo for the adventurous. Reason I'm selling is i've finally got my Lada on the road so the uno is no longer required, but its such a fun little thing to drive. It will be sadly missed. I'll let all the pictures show you rest, looking for £500. MOT ran out on it in September, however not a single advisory on its last MOT, Located in Kent, right by the Dartford Crossing.
Anymore questions PM me, and i'm sure we can have a chat on the phone.
Thanks, Thomas......................
