I am looking at removing the original lights from my 1966 Chevy C10 truck and replacing them with modern lights. Build thread: 67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=585901Tell me what to look out for, where the best price and quality can be found. I know nothing of these lights. Except that I love the look of them. Thanks.

Had a look ta the linked thread. Make sure the towball is a European 50mm type and not a US 2" otherwise you could find anything being towed isn't there when you reach your destination If MKI Golf headlights as 6" then that might solve my problem as I'm after something slightly smaller than the current 7" on my Mahindra as I want to mount them behind, rather than infront of, the grill panel. Quick look shows MKI Golf units are cheap but I'm wary about some of the aftermarket items as will be "made in China" along with they associated quality that comes from that country. I suppose as long as they have the appropriate E marking then worth a try.

Rian, mk1 golf lights arent 6", they're 7". Dez is right. No such thing at 6" The other is 5 1/4" or something like that. The towball was American but is ground down to be the right size. Done 400+ miles with the Grizz Pod on the rear and it is in my garage now.
