1985 Bmw e28 520i Manual
91000 miles on the clock which is really low for the age of the car (28 years old!)
Car is in immaculate condition, truly one of the tidiest rust free examples in the UK.
originally the car was a auto, but previous owner had it converted to manual.
its currently sat on custom Coilovers, there difficult to find for the e28 as the hub is part of the strut so they required fabrication to fit, so I had a local engineering company carry out the work.
Wheels:
17x8.5 rondell 0067 2 piece splits with radinox dishes
195/40/17 Nankang tyres all round (stretched)
Custom tucked up stainless steel exhaust front to back, to give maximum clearance with twin 2.5" exit, less than a month old, cost me £480 receipt to prove . not too loud, sounds lovely.
Interior is also in immaculate condition, seats re trimmed by previous owner in a oatmeal colour leather, no wear on seats in the slightest, look brand new and really comfy, BMW wood gear knob and a very rare italvolanti wood steering wheel also in great condition.
I've got tons of paperwork recipts etc,
and many spares including original wheels in mint condition, full brown velour original interior, standard steering wheel, atrac original blaupunkt stereo and standard suspension.
5 months MOT - can put 12 months on if required.
Because I have all the original parts, the car can be sold in a number of options and different prices, so could sell it completely standard, just with Coilovers, just wheels, you get the idea! So just drop me a call/text to discuss this further.
unfortunately there is few bad bits, nothing major at all:
the rear valance right under the rear chrome bumper has a large ish stonechip on the corners.
and recently I parked in a disabled parking space as the carpark was busy, and some idiot keyd the rear passenger door, can send picture if required, if I was keeping the car any longer these two issues wouldn't exist, as I could have the work carried out.
I know everyone says this but I look after this car to a exceptional standard, regularly serviced just had all the filters/plugs etc changed, and is cleaned, polished and waxed regularly.
I really do love this car just fancy a change,
An e28 in this condition is incredibly hard to find! Took me 6 months to find this one! ( lots of tired ones out there for sale that look and drive as old as they are )
I get compliments everywhere it goes.
