I have edited this post as I am going to work this a bit different to how I originally planned.
I will soon be moving into a bigger unit and will have a bit of excess space to sub-let.
It is a big unit with a yard attached, very secure, alarmed and the yard is enclosed.
I have three spaces available for people, I think one is already taken though. Your space will include a marked out area inside the unit and parking outside for another 2-3 cars depending on vehicle size. It will be £45 per month plus bills, I will have to sort something out with working the bills out.
