Hi,
I'm putting my e32 735i Manual up for sale- its a very rare 5 speed manual mounted to the venerable 3.5 m30 straight 6. The car is a factory built manual and is NOT a conversion. It has had the previous owner's private plate transferred off prior to me acquiring it.
It is an extremely well specced car with the following features:
Cruise Control
4x Electric Windows
On Board Computer
Electric Front Seats
Captains Front Seats with arm rests
Full Leather
Rear Arm rest and Ski Hatch
5x 15" basket weave BBS alloys with good tyres plus 4x caps
Air conditioning with dual zone temp control(needs regas)
Heated Electric Mirrors
Despite being a large car, it goes well with the power and torque available. The “big six” has all the classic BMW hallmarks- 12 valves, 6 cyls, 211bhp and a modicum of torque. This particular version pulls well and performs as expected.
The manual gearbox selects all gears easily, and the clutch is pleasant to use. The manual box really changes the nature of the car- instead of being a car to be driven in, its a car worth driving. The connection between car and driver is more direct than the automatic, allowing for a more involved drive.
That's not to say it's not comfortable- quite the opposite. The cruise control on, and armrest down, you're fit to pound the motorways in complete comfort. the electric headrests only adding to the adaptability of the driving position. The leather is in good condition, with very little wear- as can be seen in the pictures.
Additionally, the manual gearbox aids economy, with circa 25mpg available on a run at the legal limit- more if you can contain yourself to 60mph.
The bodywork is in very good condition- with very few marks or scratches present. The paintwork is solid and polishes up well, with no obvious issues. I understand that both front wings were replaced previously, and the work has been done to a high standard- there are none of the common rust issues usually found.
I'm happy to provide additional pictures if required- please just ask
I have the v5 for the car in my name, and would be happy to allow viewing- please PM me to discuss or if you would like any more information.
Areas requiring attention:
Small dent in Passenger front wing
Bootlid Dampers weak
Exhaust Backbox blowing
Central Locking temperamental (suspected issue with Drivers door actuator)
Exterior
Interior
