Earls have a custom hose maker feature on their site, I suspect you may struggle for the M12 banjo though.. I'm in the same position.

I'd say £38 was quite reasonable.

Try Pirtek.
They are pretty much Uk wide, and do all types of hose from small stuff to industrial machinery. M12 shouldn't be a problem.

I wouldn't, they're the most expensive ones out there!

Rally design do banjo bolts, braided hose and banjo fittings, I would call them to make sure they match the bolts to banjo, and hose to banjo, but it should cost around £25 at worst if you had to use dash4 and a bit less in dash3 if the banjos are suitable www.rallydesign.co.uk/index.php?cPath=562_85_248_249&&page=3Brian

I've used all RallyDesign unions and pipework, all seems fine but it's bare braid rather than plastic over the top which is possibly not what you want? That said mine's been fine inside and out the car for years.
Dead easy to make your own lines, I've never had one leak even the first one I did ever from a guide followed on the net.

I put heat shrink over the hose before making the last joint, you have to cut the heat shrink over length and compress it while fitting the union, then be careful when shrinking so as not to overheat the plastic tube in the process.

Think Automotive in Isleworth, they make a lot of the stuff that others sell, they're always easy to order from & speedy delivery.
