Slowly getting there... I have the stereo lit up and saying code... But you can't enter the code. Non of the ---- flash! And when you press the buttons it does nothing!! I got the code off a code generator its 3503... It just won't let me I put it!!! Argh! It's a "2005" sound2000 serial number M001622 Any ideas? I've had one of these stereos before and remember it flashing I'm sure and being easy to Input . Chris

How are you trying to enter it? It's not just pressing the buttons as far as I remember, you had to press like + to make the first one increment then press a button to move onto the next.
(I think, it was a while ago!)

I was trying to use the 1 button to enter the first digit . Since then I've pressed them all lol

I think you have to leave it powered up like in pic for a while for it to start flashing, 30 mins ? Think it stops flashing if wrong code entered,makes you wait again..
Been a while since i saw that early a head unit.

If the wronge code is enterd more than 10 times the dashes stop flashing, you need to press & hold button 6 until the display changes to "Code" Then enter the correct code using buttons "1" to "4" Press button "5" when you are finished.
